Now Hiring: Part-Time Tutors
We’re seeking part-time tutors to join our team at Sylvan Learning of Glendora! In this role, you’ll inspire and guide students in a small-group setting, making learning both engaging and effective.
**This job is not remote**
Responsibilities:
- Inspire students through enthusiastic and engaging teaching methods
- Build rapport and create a fun, supportive learning environment
- Provide instruction in K–12 Reading and Math.
Qualifications
- Training provided – we’ll give you the tools you need to succeed!
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple students at once
- Bachelor’s degree and/or teaching/tutoring experience preferred
Schedule & Hours
- Up to 20 hours per week
- After-school and Saturday availability required
- Monday–Thursday: 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
