Salary: $45,760 - 62,400 per year Requirements:
- I seek individuals with strong troubleshooting abilities in desktop systems and software applications.
- You must possess proficiency in Windows OS (10/11) and familiarity with Server 2019/2022+ operating systems.
- Experience in administering and supporting the 3CX Phone System is essential.
- You should have knowledge of SIP trunk providers (such as Flowroute, QuestBlue, etc.) and fundamental concepts of VoIP.
- The ability to configure and troubleshoot SBCs, call flows, QoS, NAT/firewall rules, and VoIP-related network performance issues is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail are necessary.
- Strong communication abilities for effective engagement with clients and teammates are crucial.
- I value your capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility, a proactive and positive mindset, along with teamwork skills are appreciated.
- A willingness to provide on-call support on a rotational basis, including occasional weekend, emergency, and evening work is expected.
Responsibilities: - I will need you to deliver technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring clear communication and effective problem resolution.
- You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop hardware and software, including performing system upgrades and patches as needed.
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues will be part of your duties, and I expect all support activities and resolutions to be documented in a timely manner.
- You will set up and maintain user accounts in Active Directory and assist with network administration tasks, including TCP/IP configuration and troubleshooting.
- Collaborating with other IT team members to address complex technical challenges and providing training and guidance to end-users on desktop systems and software usage will be essential.
