Welder (San Fernando Valley)

Come work for an amazing company in the defense sector as a welder. Tig welding experience required. Established company that has been in business for decades and is still thriving during this time. Looking for honest hard working welders that are interested in a stable welding career. Requirements are as follows:

Job Requirements:

· Experience with stainless steel, steel, and aluminum materials

· Experience with GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc welding )

· GMAW experience is a plus

· Ability to read blueprints

· Experience using measuring tools; calipers and tape measure

• Experience with GD&T (Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing)
  

· Min.2/3 years welding experience with TIG welding process 

Overtime : Candidates must be available to work OT, including Saturdays.  

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a visual acuity examination
  
• Ability lift up to 40 lbs
  
• Min. 2- 5 years welding experience of TIG/MIG for steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
  
• Knowledge of blueprint reading and welding symbols per AWS A2.4
  

Schedule

 

Schedule M-f 1st shift 7am-330pm 2nd Shift 3:15-11:45pm

$23-$28 HR

**All interviewing applicants will be subject to a skills test
