Key Responsibilities - Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company standards
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting, reviewing, and interpreting account information
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly financial reports
- Perform general ledger activities, including journal entries, accruals, and month-end/year-end close processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, improve efficiencies, and recommend process enhancements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business strategy and financial decision-making
- Maintain accurate and confidential accounting records and documentation
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually
