Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Business Analyst to support a Salesforce delivery team by driving agile execution, enabling stakeholder collaboration, and translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires a strong blend of agile leadership, business analysis expertise, and hands-on Salesforce administration experience to ensure successful, high-quality project delivery.

The ideal candidate excels at bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, while maintaining rigorous agile practices and clear documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure consistent and effective delivery
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications for Salesforce development teams
  • Own and manage product backlogs, user stories, and sprint tasks using Jira, ensuring accurate prioritization, tracking, and delivery
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, requirements, and knowledge repositories in Confluence
  • Perform Salesforce administrative activities including user management, security configuration, data management, and system configuration support
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Identify and proactively remove impediments, promoting a collaborative and continuously improving agile team environment
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case documentation, execution support, and defect triage
  • Support release planning and deployment activities in collaboration with technical teams
  • Track project metrics, generate reports, and provide clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in Salesforce-driven environments
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required
  • Strong proficiency with Jira for agile project management and issue tracking
  • Hands-on experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data models, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred
