Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Transactions: Assist in processing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reimbursements, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring the integrity and completeness of financial data.
- Reporting: Generate and prepare financial reports, summaries, and analysis as required by the finance team, providing insights into financial performance.
- Budget Support: Collaborate with finance managers to provide support in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial plans.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve finance-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements in all financial transactions and processes.
- Financial Support: Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks, providing support to the finance team as needed.

- Highly Detail oriented

- Working with Production, Creative, Tradeshow Teams
- Data Entry, Checking GLs (General Ledgers)
- Data Analytics using Excel.
- Experience with Reconciliation and Purchase Orders
Education/Experience:
- Software: Oracle, Coupa, clients and profits.
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience
- Looking for Min 7 years of work experience
