Job Title : Performance Tester
Location: REMOTE
Duration: Long term contract
Key Responsibilities:
Looking for minimum 8 years of experience
Analyze requirements, define performance goals, create test scenarios, and develop scripts for load, stress, and endurance testing.
Run performance tests, monitor system resources (CPU, memory, network), and gather key metrics like response times and error rates.
Analyze results to identify performance bottlenecks, root causes, and report findings with actionable recommendations to development teams.
Work with developers, architects, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement optimizations.
Maintain performance testing environments and utilize specialized tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines and automate processes.
