Pediatrician

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range: $210,000 to $250,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Productivity bonuses paid quarterly – up to $3,600 annually
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are negotiable

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric care to patients from birth through adolescence
• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 or 5:30 PM (one slightly longer day) and Friday: half day
• Average of 18–20 patients per day
• Perform well-child checks, sick visits, immunizations, and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including NPs, PAs, and support staff
• Utilize eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Florida
• Open to new graduates and J-1 Visa candidates
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
