What You'll Do: - Provide direct supervision of assigned residents and ensure a safe, comfortable environment
- Sit in the resident's room with an unobstructed view to ensure safety
- Assist residents with activities of choice such as nail care, hair care, or aromatherapy
- Accompany residents to smoke breaks, therapy, or clinical tests/procedures
- Support CNAs with resident ADLs (activities of daily living) when requested
- Orient residents and families to the facility and help track personal belongings
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and care details
- Observe, report, and communicate with nurses and care staff as needed
