Now Hiring: ISP Cable Puller

Location:  Shreveport, LA
Pay: Prevailing Wage + Potential Per Diem
Schedule: Full-Time
Project Duration: 24–36 Months

Great Basin Staffing LLC is seeking experienced ISP Cable Pullers to support a major network infrastructure deployment inside commercial and industrial buildings. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent hours, prevailing wage pay, and high-profile project experience .

Project Overview:

This project involves pulling high-count trunk fiber cables (up to 3456F) through structured cable tray systems, conduits, risers, and pathways throughout multi-building facilities. You will be working alongside skilled splicers, network technicians, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and dress fiber and copper cable inside buildings

• Route cables through trays, conduits, risers, and designated pathways

• Maintain proper bend radius and industry-standard installation practices

• Read and follow jobsite prints, floor plans, and install instructions

• Assist fiber splicers and network techs with pathway prep and staging

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience with structured cabling, low-voltage systems, or ISP installations

• Familiarity with cable pulling tools and basic indoor cable management systems

• Ability to read prints, cabling diagrams, and route plans

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

• OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
