Job Description
Independently set up, troubleshoot and operate Kammann, K-15 screen printing presses to print varioius shapes of glass bottles. Must have extensive screen printing knowledge to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform changeovers between jobs, adjusting screens, inks, and tooling as needed.
- Troubleshoot print issues to maintain consistent print quality and minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure print meets specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to create programs on servo presses for new projects.
- Experience: Screen printing for 3-5 years on servo driven presses (preferably Kammann K-15 or Fermac).
- Full experience required with all machine settings to optimize print.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Background in screen printing on containers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with thermoplastic ceramic and UV inks.
- Experience printing on glass.
Work Schedule
- Full-time, with potential for overtime based on production needs.
- Day Shift
Willing to relocate a print specialist.
